How much does shipping cost?
•Netherlands: Free shipping on all orders over €50. For orders under €50, a flat rate of €4.95 applies.
•International: Shipping costs for other countries are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
•Netherlands: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery usually takes 2-4 business days.
•Europe: Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on the destination.
Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your jewelry's journey to your door.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Agape pieces! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery.Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
How do I start a return?
Simply email us at  with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the instructions for the process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
